• Monthly Fee: a monthly fee is charged to host, maintain, and optimize each member’s company profile in your local contractor directory.
• Late Bid Fee: A late bid fee is only applied to your account if you submit a bid or estimate after the customer’s deadline or if you told the customer you would place a bid or estimate and did not do so. If the project doesn’t interest you, simply decline the job at no cost. Placing a bid or estimate on eContractorBids.com is free provided you meet the customer’s bid deadline.

Agreement Terms & Conditions

You agree to abide by the terms and conditions including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due for the complete contract term and compliance with the terms and conditions, privacy policy, membership bylaws, and ratings & feedback policy.

Cancellation Policy: you may cancel at any time. If you decide to cancel prior to your agreement term (6-12 months), you will be charged 50% of the remaining contract value. See full terms and conditions.

*Preferred Contractor Qualifications

The Preferred Contractor program at eContractorBids.com provides consumers with additional peace of mind when hiring a contractor and gives reputable contractors added recognition for their outstanding customer service. Each Preferred Contractor meets the following requirements.

Qualifications:

• Contractor maintains a response time of 24 hours or less
• Contractor maintains a 8.5+ rating with10 past customer ratings
• Contractor has a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Contractor has no unresolved customer complaints with eContractorBids.com
• Contractor carries a minimum $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy and $500,000 workers comp insurance.
